We will test your Cortisol Levels at the beginning and end of the program.

There are two options to choose from:

  • A one-tube test for Cortisol alone at the beginning and end of the 100 days
  • A complete hormone test for 5 hormone levels including Cortisol at the beginning and end of the 100 days

Step 2:

We will design a program that is right for you! The 100 day challenge is part of our current weight reduction program focused on the deconstruction of old and newly surfacing habits .
